DESCRIPATION
MCSIL-2025 is a condensation cured silicone (tin catalyzed ) which
is used to make rubber molds that can be used to cast
polyurethanes, epoxy's, polyester unsaturated resins, cement,
concrete, soap, wax, plaster, etc. It is easy to mix and de-air,
and will cure at room temperature over virtually any surface.
MCSIL-2025 is useful for applications where superior physical
properties are required.

Technical Data
USING INSTRUCTION
1. Shake Part B catalyst well before using.
2. Weigh 100 parts base to 2 parts catalyst using an accurate scale
and clean mixing cup.
3. Vigorously mix and scrape walls of container while mixing until
color is uniform.
4. Place the silicone mixture in a vacuum chamber & degass. If you
do not have a vacuum machine, pour the mixture 2'-3' above the
pattern in a very thin stream.
5. Allow the silicone to cure and demold with care.
APPLICATIONS
RTV-2 silicones are specifically designed to replicate stones,
marble, wood, and other construction materials, producing
outstanding fidelity for every detail, including veins and surface
texture. The various grades of architectural molding silicones
enable builders to replicate accurately the look they desire while
providing long mold life and excellent resistance against casting
materials.

Part A base silicone: 5kg, 20kg/drum, 25kg/drum or 200kg/drum
Part B CA30 Curing Agent: 250g, 800g/bottle, 1kg/bottle

Storage
When the silicone rubber is stored at or below 30 centi degree in
the original unopened containers, Silicone Base and Curing agent
have a usable life of 10 months from the date of production. After
10 months stockpiles use the Stir to mix the Part A silicone for
some minutes, then the silicone can be use again, no influence for
other performance.
